Your stay is confirmed for the dates you indicated in the survey. Please note that accommodation costs (€255 per night) are not covered and must be paid individually by each guest directly to the hotel upon check-in.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability, and additional charges may apply
Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.
Transport & How to Get There
From Berlin Brandenburg Airport
– Train: take the train to Potsdamer Platz (approx. €8, 20 minutes), then it’s a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel. Click here for a detailed description.
– Taxi: approximately €60–€75, travel time around 30 minutes
Parking, if you’re coming by car
The hotel offers on-site parking for participants, and it’s better to book it in advance ([email protected]). The conference rate is €38 per car per day.
